Lets Begin Getting Sleak And Sexy

Good Morning,
Well here we are on a journey to look the part for a TV show that is in the process of being funded. I know i have a few months to get to that place of looking exactly what the character needs to look like.
So my core4 shake powder came in yesterday. This mornings breakfast is a shake with the powder, frozen strawberries, chia seeds. I make mine with water not milk. It was yummy. Now I need to do the same for my lunch to get this weight loss off to a good start. I also took my accelerate pill and then another one at lunch time as well. These give me energy and help me burn off more fat.
Last night after walking the dogs I decided to use the skip rope I had bought from the store last week. I had heard that it is a great way to exercise. I couldn't believe that after a few minutes my heart was racing. I will put that in every night after I have walked the dogs for 30 minutes.

Making a Difference Right Now

Hi everyone,
I just finished watching the Michael Jackson memorial service. The message that came across to me is what do I want to be remembered for? What legacy do I want to leave for generations?
Being in the winners circle would be the answer to that question. Winning at what ever you choose in your life.
Today I was communicating with my partner in the TV show I am putting together. He is now creating another TV show where they have 25 contestants staying in one house while the competition is being held over the length of the show. He needs a house mother who will keep them all on the straight and narrow. His wife thought of me and the difference I would make.
So as the competition is in regards to the perfect body I have to diet and work out to be able to fulfill on this new role on TV. Here I am making a difference for those competitors.
So here goes down the gym everyday, watching what I eat and taking the core4 products as they are designed, not the way I have been taking them.

Working in a Team means Success

Hi Everyone,
I know for myself that when I have a team around me, everything seems to be created with velocity. So if team makes a difference with my work, home life etc no wonder the products I am taking for my weight loss are so effective.
Yes I have the shake for lean muscle, the accelerate helps me burn fat, the flush cleans and detox the colon and then the cheat that I sprinkle on my food to help reduce the amount of calories my body absorbs.
Now I understand when I have had just one of these before and not the team, the rsults were so much slower than what they are now.
So remember team in what ever you are up to. It takes away the struggle of having to do it all alone.

How to Tame Temptation

Hello, its Monday again and there was the temptation to cheat this weekend with the wrong foods. I don't eat out much but when I do I look at all the yummy fattening foods. I turn into this sinful person.
Consider eating a soup for your starter instead of a salad. The soup makes my fuller and then I don't want fries or a heavy meal for my main meal. Make sure you don't have the bread with your soup either.
This is fun. Make up your own menu of the healthiest food from the restaurant menu of your favorite place to eat. Then you choose from the menu that works for you.

How to keep the Stomach Flat

How, is to keep that colon cleaned out. I have been taking the flush pills in the core4nutrition package and at one point I stopped because I thought, there cant be anymore back up. Well a couple of days goes past and I notice my stomach getting a little bloated, so that evening I took one of the flush pills.
Yes the next day after a few trips to the bathroom my bloating had gone down. Its remarkable when I eat a fairly good diet that my system is not working at its full potential.

worked. Then she gave a visual demonstration of the digestive system using a
nylon stocking to represent the colon.With an apron and some latex gloves on, she began cramming the average American diet into the “large intestine.” Hamburgers, fries, a can of Dinty Moore, a jelly donut… even some Coke and a milkshake. Almost immediately the
stocking began to clog up as the food clumped together and stuck to the sides. It
looked like a boa constrictor that had just swallowed an animal three times its
own width. In order to get it to pass through she had to constantly work it and
knead it with her hands.
It wasn’t a pretty picture – enough to scare anyone into giving up fast food
forever. And a lot of people did.
Then she started over with a brand-new, fresh stocking (if only it was that easy,
right?). This time she began dumping apple slices, grapes, pineapple chunks,
carrots, celery and all kinds of other fruits and vegetables down the tube. They all
slid right through without a single hangup.

I remember when I had a residential cleaning business and the amount of houses I went into that exercise equipment holding the laundry!!! Have any of that going on in your house?

Healthy Shopping

  • Fresh vegetables and fruits should make up the largest part of your healthy foods grocery list. Vegetables and fruits have vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and they are usually low in calories. We all need at least five or more servings of vegetables and fruits every day. Choose a variety of fruits and vegetables that everyone in your family will enjoy.
  • Most of your grain and cereal products should be made from whole grains, not from refined flours. This part of your list includes whole grain breads, whole grain pastas, and whole grain breakfast cereals. Whole grains are important for vitamins, minerals, and for fiber, which is often lacking in modern diets. Read labels to look for 100% whole-grain or 100% whole-wheat to be sure you are getting whole grain products.
  • Your protein and meat choices should consist mostly of fish, poultry and lean meats. Eggs, nuts, seeds and legumes are also good protein choices. Choose fresh and frozen unbreaded meats and fish. Its Beach Time

Yes here in Florida you could say it is always beach time. Well a friend of mine invited me to the beach and I have to tell you I was so glad that I had decided to start my weight loss program and exercise. Now my muscles were filling out. I actually felt good even though I have a ways to go before loosing the excess flab.

Its Time to Get Orgainzed

Well that was the weekend and wasn't it fun. Looking back on last week I only attended the gym twice instead of the three times I said I would. It does help my body if I do as I say. I can see what is missing is the fact that I do not have visiting the gym in my schedule. It happens when I see a slot. So after this post I will do that.
It was my sons birthday party on Saturday at the beach. I was the only one who did not go swimming but sat under a covered area with every ones stuff. Not a surprise as my legs are not the way I would love them to look. Then there was the birthday cake. Well I was able to have a slice as I came across this product called Cheat. How To Be In The Winners Circle

Hi World,
The last couple of days have been interesting for me. I had a cloud looming over my head on Tuesday called 'We need more money coming into our bank account'. I noticed that my eating habits were a little different than the day before. I seem to be always looking for a snack. Thankfully we only have healthy snacks in our house. So there is the first 'How to', do not have anything bad to tempt you in the house etc. Then I was going to the gym and I found an excuse not to. Next 'How To' Make sure you have an accountability partner for your exercising. That way when you don't fell like it they will be the power of what is possible when you are not.
So today I have been down the gym for 2 hours as my partner in the TV show asked to meet him there as he wanted to show me how to use more of the equipment. I now have a positive mind that has me make choices that work for the future I am creating. Slim, Sexy, Heather.

The Solution To The Issue

So yesterday I left you with looking at why the extra weight is there.
Now what do you do !!
So for example with my sister and her cancer and my extra weight problem. It wasn't until she passed away and I saw that TV show I told you about, that I realized that it was the guilt of not being able to do more for her and maybe she would have lived if I had said or done more.
So I was coached by a good friend and saw that no matter how much guilt and sadness, it would never bring my sister back and my health was now being impacted by my eating habits. My sister was a very slim, beautiful women and would love me to take care of myself always.

So now I am on the journey to take care of myself.
